Trade pricing across every surface, one selection center for your clients — and a hard rule that your client stays your client. That's the whole pitch.
over 20 years serving Bonita Springs and Southwest Florida
Family-run design, material selection, and installation
Built for pros
A supplier that makes you look good and stays out of your way.
Contractors run on three currencies: accurate numbers, materials that arrive when promised, and clients who stay happy. A supplier who fumbles any of the three costs you twice — once on the job, once on the reputation. We built the trade program around the three things that actually protect a contractor's week: real pricing, real lead times, and real respect for whose client it is.
That last one deserves saying plainly, because this industry has a poaching problem. When you bring a client here for selections, they remain yours — we quote through you, we don't market around you, and your client relationship stays yours. Contractors have been sending clients through this showroom for over 20 years on exactly that clear, shared understanding.
The program
What a trade account gets you.
Trade pricing, real margins
Trade discounts run roughly 20–30% depending on the line and the volume, across flooring, tile, stone, and cabinetry — priced so there's room in your bid without padding your client's invoice. Your margin is the point of the program, not an afterthought to it. And because it's one account across every surface, you're pricing a whole job from a single relationship instead of stitching together five vendors — formatted to drop straight into your own paperwork.
Supply that keeps schedules
A stalled material order burns crew days you never get back. Most of our lines are U.S.-made with 3–10 day lead times, and we're straight about availability and substitutions up front. Boring reliability — the kind that profitable schedules are quietly made of.
A selection center with guardrails
Send your client to the sample wall with your budget range, and we'll keep the choosing inside it. Decisions happen faster in front of real material, and change orders drop. The showroom becomes your design department — flooring, stone, tile, and cabinetry in one stop.
How pros use us
Supply-only, sub-out, or somewhere between.
Every builder runs their trades differently, so the program flexes: buy materials at trade pricing and install with your own crews; sub our tile, flooring, and stone installation teams when your bench is full; or hand us whole surface packages — floors, counters, backsplash — while you run the rest of the job.
Remodelers, GCs, property managers, and design-build shops across Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, and Fort Myers all run some version of this. What stays constant: trade pricing, a deep selection, and your name on the finished work.
Fabrication is in-house, which matters on countertops especially — handled under the same roof rather than sent to a third party's backlog. And when your client's project outgrows your scope, referral respect runs both directions.
Trade pricing across flooring, tile, stone, and cabinetry
Fast supply — most U.S.-made material in 3–10 days
No poaching — your client stays your client, structurally
Why it works
Over 20 years of contractors who keep coming back.
This is a small-town corridor with a long memory, and contractors don't stick with a supplier for over 20 years by accident. They stay because the pricing is real, the selection runs deep, and their client stays their client. The same family has answered this showroom's phone since 2005, the same standards run every fabrication table, and the veteran and first-responder discounts extend through your projects too.
If you're building anywhere on the corridor, come by with your next plan set and we'll walk you through how the program pencils.
Who it serves
Built for the pros who build the corridor.
Remodelers & GCs
Whole-surface packages: flooring, tile, stone, and cabinet lines your clients recognize as quality. Use our showroom as the selection stop, where choosing from real material tends to cut change orders.
Property managers & investors
Turn-friendly materials with honest durability stories — waterproof plank that survives tenants, quartz that survives everything, and U.S.-made supply that keeps turns moving. Repeatable specs, so unit twelve matches unit two. When a portfolio standardizes on materials that survive tenants, turns get cheaper every year.
Designers & design-build
A deep bench of materials to present from, samples that travel to client meetings, and in-house fabrication so the drawing stays the drawing. We stay behind the scenes; your design vocabulary leads.
Opening an account is one visit or one email: tell us what and where you build, bring a current plan set if you have one, and we'll set up trade pricing. From there it's the boring reliability the program's built on — real trade pricing, a deep selection across every surface, and a showroom your clients can use. No minimums to maintain, no tiers to game, no rep rotation to re-explain your business to — just a supplier that treats your account like it matters. That's what over 20 years of trade relationships are made of.
Bring a plan set. See how it pencils.
Set up a trade account in one visit — or send your next material list ahead and we'll walk the pricing with you. Trade pricing, a deep selection, and your client stays your client.
Trade pricing on flooring, tile, countertops, and cabinetry; a showroom your clients can use as your selection center; and in-house countertop fabrication. Your client stays your client throughout.
Will you poach my client?
No — it's a firm policy, structural not just polite. Your client remains your client: we quote through you, we don't market to them, and your name stays on the job. Contractors have trusted us with their clients since 2005 because it's built into how we work.
Do you offer trade pricing on countertop fabrication?
Yes — trade accounts get fabrication and installation pricing on quartz, quartzite, and granite, with templating and fabrication handled in-house.
How fast can you supply materials?
Most of what we stock is U.S.-made and arrives in 3 to 10 days, and we're upfront about lead times while you're pricing a job.
Can my clients use your showroom for selections?
Please send them. A client choosing from a curated wall — with your budget range shared with us — tends to decide faster and change their mind less.
Can you handle installation on my projects?
Depends on the fit — some contractors buy supply-only at trade pricing, others have us handle the tile, flooring, and stone installation. Both arrangements are welcome; we'll be straight about capacity.
