All of it sits ten minutes from our showroom, which turns remodeling's worst part — the waiting and the scheduling — into neighborly logistics.

The gated communities along US-41 and Three Oaks were built in a hurry two decades ago, and their kitchens are aging on schedule: dated counters over sound cabinets, floors ready for one continuous sweep of waterproof plank. That's our sweet spot — refacing where the boxes deserve it, new quartz and quartzite countertops, a backsplash that finishes the thought, and full kitchen remodels where the layout wants rethinking.
The newer Corkscrew-corridor homes bring the opposite brief: the house is fresh but the finishes are contract-grade. Upgrading builder basics — stone, closets, backsplash — while the house is young is the cheapest that work will ever be, and it's a steady share of our Estero calendar, along with closet systems for primary suites the builder left as wire racks — often the first upgrade new owners make, and the one they mention at the neighborhood social.
