The build
Design happens first and on paper, where changes are cheap: the layout drawn in CAD, the materials chosen slab-against-door-against-tile in the showroom, the price walked through so every choice shows what it adds. You see the kitchen on paper before it exists.
Then the build runs like a schedule, because it has one: demo contained and cleaned daily, trades sequenced by us rather than juggled by you, cabinets set level, stone templated and installed by the fabrication team, tile laid by craftsmen who treat grout lines as a signature.
One phone number for the whole project, answered by someone who can actually make decisions. That's the entire difference between remodeling with a showroom-builder and refereeing your own job site.

Florida kitchens
Southwest Florida kitchens live with humidity that tests cabinet construction, sun that fades the wrong finishes, and sand that arrives on every bare foot. The materials conversation here is different on purpose: plywood-first cabinet boxes, quartz and quartzite that ignore moisture, porcelain and waterproof plank underfoot, finishes rated for hard light.

A refresh without layout changes is a shorter job than a full remodel with new cabinetry. Most of what we sell is U.S.-made and arrives in about 3–10 days, and we talk through the schedule with you before demo so it works around your season.
